Winged Victory
In August 2023, Keke Palmer painted the town red in a chili-pepper-colored ensemble. For her makeup, she baked her skin to matte perfection, and appears to be wearing a dash of banana powder. Winged liner enhanced her muted smoky eye, and dark liner made her glossy lips pop.
