This clown look is far from IT, but it’s exactly the kind of easy, effortless look to go for this Halloween. Start with a clean base, then use colored eye pencils to fill in your brows. Next, apply black liquid eyeliner and draw triangles and circles under your eyes and above the brow. Use that same liquid liner to over-line the lips and extend the corners of the mouth, then apply a raspberry or purple lipstick.
